1. About these terms

These terms of use explain the rules for using the Logic Supplies website at www.logicsupplies.com (the "site"). The site is operated by Logic Supplies Limited ("Logic Supplies", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10498283.

By accessing or using the site you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are and what we do

Logic Supplies is a channel-only, services-only provider. We deliver manufacturer-registered hardware support, third-party maintenance, field services, renewal operations and white-label managed IT services to technology partners, resellers and managed service providers. We do not sell hardware and we do not contract directly with our partners' end customers.

The site is intended for business users acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. It is not directed at consumers.

3. Using the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• use the site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• use the site in any way that is fraudulent, or has any fraudulent or harmful purpose or effect;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
• introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; or

Their use does not imply any endorsement by, or partnership with, those manufacturers beyond any arrangements that are separately in place.
