These terms of use explain the rules for using the Logic Supplies website at www.logicsupplies.com (the ‘site’). The site is operated by Logic Supplies Limited (‘Logic Supplies’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10498283, with our registered office at Distribution Park P16, Pilsworth Road, Heywood, England, OL10 2TS.

Logic Supplies is a channel-only, services-only provider. We deliver manufacturer-registered hardware support, third-party maintenance, field services, renewal operations and white-label managed IT services to technology partners, resellers and managed service providers. We do not sell hardware, and we do not contract directly with our partners' end customers.

The site is intended for business users acting in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession. It is not directed at consumers.

3. Using the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Showing them does not imply any endorsement by, or partnership with, those manufacturers beyond whatever arrangements we separately have in place.
